We are a Japanese girls high school, situated in the city of Mito about 120km north of Tokyo. Our school is part of the SELHi project, which is a program which seeks to encourage new teaching methods in English education. This podcast is a showcase to encourage our students to study English. Podcast 11Submitted by Patrick Savage on Mon, 2008-06-16 00:28.After a long time, we have made a new podcast! I really hope this is the first of a new series, but as usual this is up to our students! Today they are talking about TV here in Japan. We are also using new methods to record our podcasts. Evoca, you can find them at http://www.evoca.com has provided us with a local telephone number which the students can call to record their homework or they can use a special Flash recording widget and a browser. All of these recordings are directly saved to a teacher's account and can be easily listened to or downloaded for editing.
